Boiler received its first service via Corgi Homeplan in August 2019, this was carried out by 'First Call Gas' on behalf of corgi. When booking the appointment, the customer contact over the phone was not helpful with arranging a suitable date, was very abrupt and made it seem like it was my fault that I wasn't available on the dates they were.

Would give zero stars if could. Would give zero stars if could, have been with Corgi Homeplan for various years and never once have they been proactive in organising my yearly service, waiting times getting through on the phone are on average 20 minutes to half hour and they cannot get engineers to commit to booking a service call I guess because they are not paid enough and pick actual call ...
I bought this policy for, "the peace of mind" and "24/7 emergency cover it claims to offer. In fact, I feel completely ripped off. I bought the policy via Ovo and therefore wrongly trusted that it would be a 'safe' policy. I was also taken in by the name, Corgi. To be clear, Corgi Homeplan has nothing to do with Corgi, which is now Gas Safe.

Two young men came to my rescue they… Two young men came to my rescue they were very polite and obviously knew what they were doing it took them some time but they persevered and now my boiler is giving me boiling water again from my initial phone call to the completed work excellent all round 10/10 I would defiantly recommend corgi to anyone

The boiler and heating cover company has revealed that the value of servicing and breakdown jobs carried out by its engineer network from May until August is £4.5million.

Jun 05, 2013 · I have previously commented positively about Corgi's Homeplan on this forum. My view about CORGI changed less than 1 hour ago. I received a call from CORGI stating that the cost of my HomePlan would be rising £2 from £16.99 to £18.99 this month. As Corgi gave a 2 year fixed priced I knew that could not be true - I took out my plan in March 2011.

I have copy and pasted the response I received from a James Duffie from Corgi for your information when I claimed compensation! BEWARE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!
