We are busy investigating the cause of the problem, but in the mean time it seems that resetting your router to the Factory Defaults and then reconfiguring it will solve most, if not all the issues.

I have a problem accessing my ADSL Router with the 10.0.0.2 address. It used to work fine and I'm not sure what/when changed.
